“We listed our houses with Bonnie Reynolds at the end of February 2005. We had to sell two houses and find one to buy. In a period of approximately two and a half months all transactions were complete. Between the open houses, the wide exposure, and the numerous showings our properties received, as well as the many properties that she showed us, Bonnie was instrumental in making that happen easily and painlessly. We were very happy with the service and her availability to answer and explain any questions we had (and we had many). We would definitely recommend her to anyone and would use her ourselves if the need arose again.”
